How can I add content to pages?
To add content, select Edit Page and find the appropriate place for your text. When you are done, click on the Save button.
May I use the Comments tab?
We ask contributers NOT to use the Comments tab! We want to make sure that the comments are on the same page as the rest of the information. Also, should we decide to rename a page, any associated comments will be lost.
To add comments, select Edit Page and type your text under the "Comments" heading (or, if there is none, go ahead and create that heading). If you want your comments to appear in a color other than the default one, highlight your text and select a color from the Text Color icon on the tool bar. Please remember to date your comments and add your name or initials.
How can I create a new page?
Just click on the New Page button, name your page, and add your content. If you want your page to be formatted like other pages on this wiki, select one of the templates listed under Tsvbr templates. The basic template has our logo, and the record set template has, in addition to our logo, all the headings required for a record set page.
How will I know if content was added or pages were revised?
You can always check the View Recent Changes page (see also link on the SideBar). If you want to be notified every time a page is edited, please check the Notify me of changes next time you log in.
I want to discuss a general issue that does not relate to one record set. Is there a place for general discussion?
Yes, there is. Feel free to post any general comments, questions, etc. on the General Discussion page.
Can I share this wiki with other colleagues who are not members of the task group?
By all means, but please do not share the login information. The URL for sharing is http://tsvbr.pbwiki.com/.
Is there a way to share this wiki directly from this site?
Yes, there is. When you are logged on, at the bottom of each page you'll see Share this wiki (under Wiki Information). You can either use the default message or write your own. Before you send the e-mail, however, look under the e-mail address(es) box for How much access to share, and make sure to select Just a link to my wiki!!

Can I make comments even though I am not a member of the task group?
We'll be happy to hear from non-members, so please send your comments to Angela Jones or Yael Mandelstam. Relevant comments will be added to the appropriate wiki pages.
